We will accept returns on new, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please request an RMA through your account at or email us at [email protected] and we will start an RMA for you. 

Damaged packaging will warrant a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping is not refunded on returns. If items are used or damaged, the refund value will be evaluated upon return. If your return is caused by our mistake (such as shipping the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping.

In the case of defective or damaged products, we will evaluate the warranty process with the manufacturer and come to an agreeable resolution as quickly as possible. This process may take some time to complete.
