| We're thrilled that you've found our site and hope that we can be a great asset to you and your Cannondale. While we strive to make all information as current and accurate as possible, we CANNOT be held responsible in any issues that may arise in regard to compatibility, fit, advice, installation, typographic errors, misrepresentations, etc. Parts with legitimate manufacturer defects can be exchanged for the same problem. This does not apply to improperly installed or other uses other than intended by the manufacturer.
Our tech drawings, explanations, part numbers, specs, and other information are pulled directly from Cannondale's publicly available official technical documents and/or owners' manual supplements. Errors in Cannondale's documentation is rare, but we have seen a few mistakes. We have taken the liberty of correcting a few obvious errors, but will not be liable for any other mistakes of this nature.
Since Cannondale's bikes and components utilize some of the most advanced technology in the bicycle industry, do not perform any service you are not 100% confident you understand and are prepared to complete. We will do our best to offer limited support for the things we sell, but please realize that you are on your own once you start any installations or modifications to your equipment.
Be certain that we will do everything possible to correct any mistakes, please let us know if you find anything in error on our website.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

| For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. |

| We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. |
